My grandpa is already saying that there is nothing that can be done and stuff my mom thinks that is because of what happened when they found cancer with my grandma.
but by the time they found it with her it had spread and there was really nothing they could do.
I am hoping for the best of course. i don't always get along with my gramps but he's still my gramps ya know. this is the grandfather that has been there for me all my life unlike my mom's dad.
as far as i know my grandpa still hasn't told my parents anything about the cancer and the only information has come from Gloria.

The reason I say that is it's likely she's seen nothing but the 'crackwhore' lifestyle, if what you say about her mother is true. So, if she's never known any differently, how can she want a lifestyle that is different to that?
It'd be different if she's had a healthy upbringing, but I think it's terribly insensitive to say she likes the lifestyle.
That'd be like saying I liked it when I was too ill to work, or something, to use myself as an example (and no, I didn't. Work isn't fantastic, but I'd take it anyday over not having a job).
Cecilie had a chance to stay here when she was 15 not long after she went to stay with her mother. after she left my cousin's. she was here for a week and went back to fla since she didn't like living in a house with rules. we bent over backwards for that kid til she snuck out of my house in the middle of the night leaving the door wide open.
so believe me she's seen more than the crackwhore lifestyle. since her mother was too cracked out or busy being in jail to raise her own children. which she has 4 of and has none of them.
