annette has NOT had custody of cecilie since she was 5 years old. Cecilie lived with my cousin carol with rules and going to school and all that. when she was 15 my aunt took her and then instead of staying with my aunt she lived with her crackwhore mother. so she was really NOT raised by annette. she lived with rules until she went to stay with her mother.
Cecilie had a chance to stay here when she was 15 not long after she went to stay with her mother. after she left my cousin's. she was here for a week and went back to fla since she didn't like living in a house with rules. we bent over backwards for that kid til she snuck out of my house in the middle of the night leaving the door wide open.
so believe me she's seen more than the crackwhore lifestyle. since her mother was too cracked out or busy being in jail to raise her own children. which she has 4 of and has none of them.
